First off I'd like to point out a few things about our guild.

1.) We are very team oriented, mostly going for PvP, but will be doing everything in the game.

2.) We are all 18+, Most of us in our 20's looking for mature players, 18+ USA/Canada Only. (Mature = we will use words that we want to at any given time, if you don't like, don't join.)

3.) When it comes to other guilds and players, be friendly and nice, don't make the guild look bad; this is a very easy and simple rule, in a nut shell it means, don't talk too much shit.

Now, as for the rest of the information:

Rank; Everyone in the guild has as much say as the officers and leaders do, in clan situations. As for the battlefield, you will listen to your commanding officer about strategy and orders given. As more members join, we will be assigning different roles besides officers, such as battle strategist, strategy teaching, squad leaders, etc.

Community Aspect; I'd like to get a few people who are willing to do a lot of PvE aside from the PvP in order to collect materials and such for the Guild/Themselves so that when in need we would have these at hand. I don't know exactly how the community system is going to work in the full version, but if they have a warehouse/storage system for guilds/individuals this will help out a lot in this category. If nothing like this will be implemented than we will improvise as on what to do, as of now though, i'm sticking to it.

Rank Advancement; 3 Things will be taken into account for rank advancement:

1.)How Long You've Been In Guild

2.)How Skilled You Are

3.)Team Dedication

After taking all of these things into effect, myself and Physik will adjust accordingly.

Communication; You will be required to get two forms of communication software in order to be even considered. (All of these programs are free, but may require additional hardware to run)

1.) VoiceComm; A new and still in beta phase voice communication program. You must have or be willing to get a microphone and/or a headset for this program.

2.) MSN Messenger 7.0; Pretty simple to get, nothing required to use.
